During the R&D of alumina ceramic powder, slurry preparation, particle size classification, and laboratory solid–liquid separation, the centrifuge is a common piece of experimental equipment. Especially after alumina powder has been ball-milled, dispersed, and made into slurry — when particles of different sizes need to be separated by sedimentation, or when the experimental slurry requires solid–liquid separation — the centrifuge's speed, centrifugal force, capacity, and rotor type all directly affect the experimental results.
